Who We Are
A-Z Super Utility is an independent project by the A-Z Super Utility editorial team. It publishes free calculators, converters, and browser utilities, and a short explanation of the method each one uses. Every calculator page names its formula, shows a worked example, and states what the result cannot tell you. You can write to us through our Contact page.
Why We Built It
Most "free tool" websites are slow, cluttered with pop-ups, demand sign-ups, or quietly harvest the data you type in. This site is the opposite for the tools it keeps: they load quickly, work on a phone or a laptop, and the calculators do their arithmetic in your browser. Where a tool must call an external service, such as weather or exchange rates, the page sends only the query needed to answer it.
What the library includes
The public library is a curated set, not an attempt to cover every search. It includes:
- Finance - EMI, SIP, mortgage, income tax, GST, compound interest, and related calculators.
- Health & Fitness - BMI, BMR, calorie, body-fat, pregnancy, and sleep calculators, each with the limits of the formula stated.
- Math - percentages, fractions, statistics, quadratic equations, prime numbers.
- Developer & SEO - JSON tools, a JWT decoder, a regex tester, meta-tag and schema generators.
- Text, image, and PDF - counters, case converters, and conversion or compression that runs in the browser.
- Weather, reference, and Tamil - live weather, air quality, country facts, the Thirukural (all 1,330 couplets, kept on this site), and Tamil typing.
What was removed
Earlier versions of the site also carried pages that did not add anything of our own: song lyrics, news headlines, Wikipedia summaries, and catalogues of books, television, anime, and similar material fetched from other services. Those pages are no longer part of the library. The same is true of chat boxes that only forwarded a prompt to another model, and of numerology pages. Old addresses may still open, but they are not linked from the library and they are not offered to search engines.
Our Commitment to Privacy
We designed the site to collect as little as possible. Client-side tools process your input locally; preferences like your theme and favourites are stored only in your browser. Where a tool must call an external service (for example, weather or currency data), we send only the minimum query needed. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How the Site Is Supported
A-Z Super Utility is free to use. To cover hosting and development costs, we display a limited number of ads. This lets us keep every tool free and available without a paywall or subscription.
Corrections
A calculator that is quietly wrong is worse than one that does not exist. If you spot an error, please tell us — reported issues are checked against the documented method and corrected, as set out in our Editorial Policy.
